Former ice dancer creates skating schools for all ages

Former ice dancer Anastasia Grebenkina is preparing a wonderful gift for figure skating fans in Moscow. As planned Anastasia, figure skating should be available for everybody, no matter the age. She studied the work of skating schools around the world and took into account all her previous teaching experience, noted the Russian press.

Carolina Kostner prepares to Opera on Ice

Carolina Kostner has returned from Florida where he completed the training session for the upcoming skating season and prepares to “Opera on Ice”, the event scheduled for Saturday, October 1 at the Arena di Verona, which will for the first time an original blend of opera and figure skating. Kostner finished a choreographic preparation of her new programs for the new season with her choreographer Lori Nichol.

I can watch again and again skating performances by British ice dance couple Penny Coomes and Nicholas Buckland. I think that many stick to my opinion. This team has one of the most important things – a real genuine passion for ice dancing. Being in their ice dances, Penny and Nick are not afraid to risk revealing their amazing creativity.

Nikolai Morozov: “The transfer of Miki Ando is just a rumor”

Contrary to information published in the tabloid press and according to the Russian information portal Infox.ru, the one of the leaders of the world figure skating Miki Ando is not planning to get the Russian citizenship. The news that in 2012 the Japan’s figure skater will begin to train at the skating base in the suburban Novogorsk was also untrue.
