Plushenko doesn’t need another surgery
Turin Olympic champion and reigning European Champion Evgeni Plushenko, who recently underwent a surgery on his knee, does not need another surgery on the vertebral hernia.
Recall, that the problem with a knee arose with Plushenko during the European figure skating championships in Sheffield. Later came the news that Evgeni Plushenko maybe will have another surgical operation.
“Good news about the back. Operation is not needed.” wrote Plushenko in his official Twitter.
February 23 he had a successful undergoing knee surgery in Germany. Plushenko needed special injections on the troublesome knee before winning his seventh European champions title in Sheffield, last month.
Eager to compete on home ice at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, Plushenko said he needed to undergo surgery to sort out his knee issues before resuming training for the next season.
