Tuktamysheva delighted to cooperate with Buttle
Reigning Russian national champion Elizaveta Tuktamysheva is delighted to cooperate with a Canadian choreographer Jeffrey Buttle.
At the moment she is in Pinzolo, Italy, in a training group of Alexei Mishin.
“I really enjoyed working with him! Jeffrey is a wonderful person. He gave me a brilliant long program. I love it!” Tuktamysheva told Team-Russia 2014.
Elizaveta thinks in the Olympic season her long program will be more intense by components than the last one. She also is working hard on the technical part.
“At first we had physical training workouts with Artur Gachinski in Bari. We worked in a very wonderful place located close to the sea, in a small field on the beach. Then we moved to Pinzolo, where have met with the whole group. Here we began to work on general technique, jumps and spins.” she continued.
2013 European bronze medalist noted that she is still on the way to her best physical shape.
“Now I’m in a more or less normal form. I can’t say that I am already in a full combat readiness. But everything is going according to the plan and I’m happy about my current physical shape.” she added.
Last week a group of Alexei Mishin held exhibition performances in Pinzolo.
“It was a gala concert of our group. Such events are held once a fortnight. This helps in gaining a shape. And it was the first experience of this season. I tried to skate two programs, but, of course, not with all the elements. I had to see how it looks. Everyone loved it!” Russian champion said.
