Carolina Kostner reveals new programs
2012 World champion Carolina Kostner of Italy revealed her music selections for the Olympic season, her official website reports.
In the short program, Kostner will be skating to “Humoresque” by Antonín Dvorák. Her free skating program will be “Scheherazade” by N. Rimski Korsakov. Both programs have been choreographed by Kostner’s long term choreographer Lori Nichol.
In coming pre-Olympic months one of the main tournaments for the 26-year-old Italian skating star will be participation at the 2013/2014 ISU Grand Prix series.
For the new Grand Prix season Kostner is assigned to the 2013 Cup of China, which will be held in Beijing from 1–3 November, and to the 2013 Rostelecom Cup; to be held in Moscow, Russia from November 22–24.
Traditionally she will take part in the show “Opera on Ice”, which will take place once again in Verona, Italy on September 28th.
